Group Coaching

Tuition is inclusive to people of all ages* and diverse levels of fitness, ethnicity and gender.

Both Individual and group driven depending on numbers.

Practitioners begin with practising flexibility exercises, balancing exercises and breathing exercises learning to communicate, coordinate and maintain their body tempo to achieve sensitivity of Oneness and harmony in their centre.

Your journey of a 1000 miles begins with one step, don't look ahead, but focus on each step and in time you will realise your journey has began.

Demonstrated practically by rote method and through individual observation at a safe distance with some physical contact. Individual practitioners learn by following the example and imitating the movements as closely as possible during coaching.

Learning material hand outs, diagrams and visual aids, if and when required, to assist new members to understand Tai Chi Forms and Chi Kung sets.

Communal collective "Promoting Tai Chi for all".

Group Health Benefits

Tai Chi and Yang Sheng Health sets are promoted to many people as a set of health exercises which is one aspect of the art, while another aspect, is Tai Chi the martial art

Yang Sheng principles practiced daily provide a balanced life style along with the practice of "Chinese Smiling Breath" which involve sending inner smiles to each of your organs in turn as you inhale and exhale sending warmth and happiness.

Exercises that that combine the mind with breathing and balance too all parts of the body to work simultaneously and spontaneously with each movement, powerful tools for releasing the healer within, profound yet simple for increasing vitality, longevity, inner peace and self improvement bringing an internal alchemy and refinement into your life.

Movements originate from the Void ( Wu Chi ) and are performed slowly and continuously, harmonising the creation and interaction of Yin and Yang philosophy achieving an effortless action called " Wu Wei "

Just as the practitioner imitates the movement of the Sifu, so the practitioners imitate the the movements of the "Tao" to regain their "Wu Chi " nature, in the the Void, becoming an island of tranquillity, harmony, silence and peace, an oasis in a world of confusion and storms of life.

The true essence of Tai Chi is not in the movements of practise, but in finding the oneness in oneself exploring the principles of humility, cooperation and compassion, your true "Wu Chi" nature.

We become " Tai Chi "

"One day of Tai Chi is one day of improvement".

Group location

The practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung is not confined to four square walls. The practice of Tai Chi and Chi Kung outside in the open air greatly enhances the health improvements of your body, mind and spirit.

Practice can be at home, inside, or outside in the garden, at the local park, or beach, wherever you choose, and in your own time.

"Important to remember"

Red Thread of Life

What happens when you attend an event and meet a person who can turn that meeting into a magical moment that you feel an immediate connection and you know in your own heart that you have met a person that has come into your life for a reason

You will feel a deep sense of familiarity as if you have known each other for a life time and you're completely comfortable around each other.

You will feel that this event and person in your life has brought a meaning and direction which you never knew was possible, to inspire and empower you to be a better version of yourself.

Supporting unconditionally, providing a foundation that is unbreakable. That person will be there for you throughout your most challenging times, you will grow together on a journey, challenging you to new heights, move deeply and pursue goals of happiness, contentment and an inner peace, life that was challenging has become more manageable, turning a different corner, finding a piece of a Jig Saw puzzle that was missing from your life, allow yourself to take the opportunity to embrace change and pursue your happiness.

Search for the real person inside yourself for tomorrow has no reality since everyday is experienced as "today." If tomorrow never comes make sure you are satisfied with the way today ended.

Meet each day with calmness, never expect too much and you wont be disappointed. As a block of wood, it is you who decides how to carve your shape.

Grasp the opportunity, and let the missing piece of your Jig Saw puzzle fall into place.

Chinese mythology of the Red Thread of Fate.

The belief holds that two people are tied together by an invisible unbreakable thread, and no matter how stretched and tangled the thread becomes regardless of time, places and circumstances, this is meant to happen.

"Who is tied to your Thread" ?
